Yes, I am a “Wizard of Oz” fan big time and this little guy reminds me of the scarecrow in the classic movie.   This image is part of the stamp set called Cookie Cutter Halloween.  It has so many cute  little guys in it and I couldn’t wait to get a hold of this guy which was the main reason I bought the set.  You can buy it too starting September 1st.  Click on the Stampin Up image in the upper right corner to get started.
